Using TENDL 2017 in other energy bin structure

Dear FISPACT developers and users,
We were trying to perform some simulations of a simple DT spectrum with different cross section libraries and different enerby bin structures, in order to get familiarized with the code. We have the neutron spectrum in 175 and 709 groups.
We selected the EAF 2010 with 175 and 69 groups structure and everything worked fine. Now, we are experimenting with the TENDL 2017 data library. Although everything is fine when running in 709 groups, it seems that we cannot get it right with less bins, for example 616 or 175 (our idea was to compare the output data in 175 groups between the TENDL and the EAF libraries). What we get in the .log file is "Fatal : endfmat_m:copy_xs_to_buffer: 1: endf file cross-section energy group boundary does not match standard value", as shown in the attached file. I am also attaching all our files.
Thus, I was wondering if there is indeed the possibility to use the TENDL 2017 library with an energy bin structure other than that of 709 groups.
Thank you in advance for your help,
Kind regards
Marilia Savva
