The 1102 group structure is used for neutron-induced reactions and TENDL neutron-induced reaction data is provided in this group structure. In order to use the data, the GETXS 1 1102 keyword must be used and the appropriate library selected in the files file. The PROJECTILE keyword may be omitted as neutron irradiation is the default simulation. Note that this group structure is not supported in version 3-00-00 of the code or earlier versions.
The 1102 group structure is comprised of 50 equal lethargy bins per decade (based on the TART-660 group) with a finer group structure in the MeV region to cover threshold reactions and the CASMO-586 resonance group treatment in the region below 10 eV. The 30+ MeV region is also a 50 equal lethargy group, unlike the CCFE-709 group structure.
