ENDF/B-VII.1 709 XS and probability tables at 600K and 900K

Dear all.

I am wondering, If ENDF/B-VII.1 nuclear data libraries and probavility tables are available at 600 and 900 K. The reason I am interested in this data is, we have coupled FISPACT with the MCNP in order to perform depletion and delayed radiation calculations. Currently we are involved in qualification of specnt nuclear fuel, organized by the OECD/NEA on a spent fuel blind test. We are working closely with the JRC and SCK-CEn using SERPENT, SCALE and DRAGON, MCNP+ALEPH and we would also like to include the MCNP+FISPACT combo. All the calculations are performed using the ENDF/B-VII.1 nuclear data.
In order to compare the codes without the incluence of nuclear data, we would also require ENDF/B-VII.1 709g nuclear data evaluated at 600 K and 900 K. Is this data available for use by the developers, or should we pursue processing the entire ENDF/B-VII.1 library ourselves with the Prepro.

Thank you for kind replies.

Klemen

Dear Klemen,

Thank you for your post.

This data is not currently available, but following your request we are now in the process of making these libraries. We will notify you on this forum once the libraries are ready.

I appreciate your patience.

Kind regards,
Thomas

Dear Klemen,
the ENDF/B-VII.1 cross section libraries in 709 groups at 600 and 900K are now available on the FISPACT website for download. Please see the list of available downloads at https://fispact.ukaea.uk/nuclear-data/downloads/ [the new archives for ENDF/B-VII.1 are listed in the second table on that page].

Best regards,

Mark
